Woody Um’s trip to Emory Hospital to visit his friend Daniel Hampton, a 27-year old who’s battling leukemia, brought unexpected encouragement and a quick reassessment of life’s priorities. “God will never put more into my life than what I can handle through Christ” Daniel assured Woody. Although the challenges Daniel faces are immense, Jesus Himself has promised, “I will never leave you, nor forsake you. So we may boldly say, The LORD is my helper and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.” Hebrews 13:5-6.
Please join us in praying for Daniel and his wife Crystal during this difficult time in their lives. “May the LORD bless you and keep you; may His face shine upon you, and be gracious unto you; May He lift up His countenance upon you (Daniel & Crystal), and give you His peace.”

You did an excellent job on the blog, Tim! I laid my hand on the picture of Daniel
Hampton and prayed for him, and prayed for his wife as well.
How is your Daniel doing? Harold and I are keeping Daniel lifted up in prayer.
Blessings,
Stephanie
I was released from the hospital this week. I will be going back for my second round of chemo on Monday (Aug 24th). The doctors seem to be impressed with my reaction to the first round of chemo. They are saying that within the next five months I should be in remission.
Me and my wife Crystal would like to say thank you for all of your support and prayers. It really helps knowing that so many people care so much. I really think that this is going to be one of the biggest blessings in my life. I know that God will take care of my health. It has just given me time to stop and really think about setting goals for my life. Although it gets to be pretty boring at the hospital after time passes, but we have met so many great people because we were there.
Thank you very much for your prayers and support.
